The security deposit is 100% refundable minus transaction fees on the return of the exact amount you send to us.
The security deposit amount is based on our clients agreeing to pay their Virtual Assistant twice per month. Your Virtual Assistant will typically invoice you on the 1st and 15th of the month for hours worked.
You are required to pay the Virtual Assistant with 24-48 hours, but no later than 5 days.
The security fee is ONLY used to pay your virtual assistant if you do NOT pay the VA with 5 business days of receiving their invoice. At which time:
As long as you pay your Virtual Assistant in a timely manner, the above will NEVER be an issue.
Your VA will send you an invoice on or around the 1st and 15th of the month.
