Despite reading personal development books and attending mindset workshops, my early days of entrepreneurship can only be described one way. I call it the Entrepreneurial STORM:

In February 2009, I found myself sitting alone on a park bench after another failed business venture. I felt broke. broken. beaten.
At the time, I thought I was searching for a better business. Looking back, I realise I was searching for a better way to build one.
That journey led me to discover the power of delegation. I hired my first three Virtual Assistants in the Philippines, and everything began to change. My workload became manageable, my business began to grow, and I realised I didn’t have a work ethic problem. I had a capacity problem.
Over the next 17 years, I built my career in the outsourcing industry, helping grow a team from just over 100 to more than 500 Overseas Team Members and working alongside thousands of business owners and talented remote professionals.
But I also saw the flaws in the traditional agency model. There had to be a better way.
In December 2019, I founded BeeEPiC Outsourcing to create a model where both the business owner and the Overseas Team Member could win.
Through our Direct Hire, No Markup, Co-Managed approach, we help business owners build direct relationships with skilled Overseas Team Members while providing the guidance and support needed to help both sides succeed.
Because I believe we have two clients: the business owner and the Overseas Team Member.
If either one isn’t thriving, we’ve missed the point.
That is the better way I set out to build.
