She works closely with business owners to understand their goals, recommend the right Overseas Team Members (OTMs), and ensure every placement is a great fit. Passionate about organization and client success, Joven helps keep projects running smoothly while supporting both clients and the BeeEPiC team behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Joven is a proud mom who enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, and movie nights with her children. Her role as an Executive Assistant doesn’t end when the workday does, she simply changes bosses, helping her husband manage their family piggery business and caring for their “VIPs” (Very Important Pigs!). Aubrey Diaz-Castro is BeeEPiC’s Senior Client VA Matching Expert, leading client success, recruitment, and talent matching. She works closely with business owners to understand their unique needs and carefully matches them with the right Overseas Team Members (OTMs) based on skills, experience, and culture fit. Passionate about building lasting relationships, Aubrey is dedicated to creating positive experiences for both clients and team members while helping businesses build dependable remote teams.
Outside of work, Aubrey is a proud wife and mother of two boys. She enjoys watching movies, taking long drives, and spending time at the beach with her family. She also has a keen interest in leadership, psychology, and discovering better ways to help businesses grow while creating meaningful opportunities for others. Britney Bulemi is BeeEPiC’s Operations Manager, HR & Delegation Advisor, helping business owners hire smarter, delegate more effectively, and build high-performing remote teams. She oversees day-to-day operations, supports the recruitment and onboarding process, and keeps projects moving forward to ensure both clients and team members stay on track. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Britney is passionate about turning plans into results and helping businesses operate more efficiently.

Presly Cabrera is BeeEPiC’s Social Media Manager, responsible for bringing the company’s brand to life across multiple digital platforms. She creates engaging social media content, edits short-form videos, produces AI-generated videos, designs eye-catching graphics, and manages the scheduling of content to help increase visibility and engagement. With a creative eye and a passion for storytelling, Presly helps showcase BeeEPiC’s mission while connecting with business owners through compelling digital content.
Outside of work, Presly enjoys playing chess and expressing her creativity through painting. As the youngest member of her family, she has always loved turning ideas into something meaningful and visually engaging. She is passionate about combining creativity with technology to produce content that educates, inspires, and helps businesses discover smarter ways to grow through AI and delegation.
Krezza Bagumba is BeeEPiC’s Finance & Admin Coordinator, helping keep the business organized through accurate financial administration and seamless scheduling. She manages calendar invitations, coordinates appointments, and supports day-to-day financial processes, ensuring both clients and the BeeEPiC team stay informed, organized, and on schedule. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Krezza enjoys creating order behind the scenes so everything runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Krezza is a proud “fur mom” to her beloved Pomeranian and several rescued dogs and cats. She enjoys cooking, spending time with her pets, keeping her home organized, and traveling whenever she has the opportunity.
